The OCL Group

The OCL Group helps leaders achieve results that make a measurable difference in the lives of people.  Through Results Based Leadership, we help leaders identify the changes they want to make in the world, quantify how they will know the change is being made, and put in place strategies to do the work.

What We Do

Cross-Sector Facilitation

Work with community partners and stakeholders to develop and execute a shared results action plan. Offerings include Performance Partnership Summits, Results Engagement Programs, and Results Coaching for Individuals or Teams.

Results Based Facilitation

Provide workshops to develop RBF competencies, a hands-on method that enables people to practice the skills for getting different and better results in their meetings and conversations.

Speaking Engagements

Deliver keynotes for conferences and stakeholder gatherings to connect leaders’ inherent passion for making a difference to the discipline of using data to drive decisions and putting results in the center of the work.

Creating the Container for Results Workshops
